We ask for your name, telephone number, home address, email address and age for competitions and newsletter sign ups. When a purchase is made on our site, in addition to the above, we also request a shipping address, and payment method details. SALE OF ASSETS
In the unlikely event that Snarky Teez is acquired by a third party, customer information will be included as a transferred asset.
All purchases made through our online store, that need to be exchanged or returned, should be sent to back to the address on your original shipping label from Snarky Teez. We will accept exchanges and returns as long as the item has not been worn or washed.
Note: We only pay for a return shipping label if we are at fault. (Example: If we sent you the wrong shirt size, or there is a defect with the shirt) If you would like to request a different size, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping.
